Warning Letter
A company warning letter is a formal document given by a company to an employee to remind or warn about behavior, performance, or specific actions that violate company policies, work procedures, or established conduct standards.
The purpose of this letter is to give the employee a chance to correct their mistakes before further actions are taken, such as demotion, salary reduction, or even termination.
Steps to fill out the warning letter form:
- In the WD. ID field, enter the warning letter number.
- In WD. Type, select the type of warning letter, such as first, second, or third warning.
- In the WD. Employee field, choose the employee who will receive the warning letter.
- In the Effective Date field, enter the date of the warning letter.
- In the Article field, specify the company regulation that was violated.
- In the Reason field, provide details of the reason for the warning letter.
