Attendance Edition
The scope of Attendance Edition starts from when employees arrive using the time clock (attendance machine), identifying IN and OUT, shift generation, to know an employee's activities such as clocking in and out, breaks, overtime, and so on. At the end of the period (end of the month), the employee's activities during that period will be processed to generate payroll data.
Payroll Edition
The scope of Payroll Edition starts from calculating the employee attendance data that has been summarized monthly into figures translated by the payroll program into money or salary. Payroll will calculate the basic salary plus allowances, minus deductions, including calculations for social security, PPh21 tax, and annual taxes.
PISI Payroll is also designed to provide the reports needed by HR related to payroll. Additionally, the program makes it easy for HR to carry out salary transfers through the bank.
Personnel Edition
The scope of Personnel Edition includes recording employee personal data and activities related to contracts, warning letters, organizational structure, family information, and calculating each employee's annual leave.
