The first page of the Transaction Menu is the Employee Page, which functions to display data of all employees and allows adding or editing employee data.
📄️ Attendance
The second page in the Transaction Menu is the Attendance Page, which functions to display the attendance data of all employees. It is equipped with features like import machine, collect, recalculate, calculate OT plan, slotting, and refresh.
📄️ Attendance Summary
The third page in the Transaction Menu is the Attendance Summary Page, which functions to review the results summarized by the attendance posting process. It checks whether the posting results are correct.
📄️ Period
The fourth page of the Transaction Menu Period Page which functions to fill in the initial and final period (cut off) given in employee salary payments. PISI is able to handle the division of periods into several sub periods, for example, if there is a change in the UMR (regional minimum wage) in the middle of the period, the period will be divided into two where several payments that depend on the basic salary will be affected, such as overtime, meals and others.
📄️ Payroll
The fifth page of the Transaction Menu Payroll Page contains information on salaries received by employees in a period.
