Department
In this form, the department definition is described. A department is the smallest unit for grouping employees, and several departments form a division.
To add an employee, press the [+] button, and a form like the one shown in the image will appear. Fill in the information according to the column titles, and the email approval is used for verifying (approval of) the department to be added, typically filled with the manager's email.
