This menu is the master file for spouse information (employee's husband or wife), mainly used for Jamsostek (social security) payments.

Image 92 - New Spouse Registration Form

To add a new spouse type, press the [+] button in the top left corner of the form, and an entry form will appear as shown in the image. Fill in the columns accordingly.
